Purchasing steps

1.    Choose products you like and add them to cart.
2.    Now you can proceed to checkout. In cart you can also delete items by clicking the icon with cross.
3.    To place an order fill required data cells and click „continue“.
4.    In next step you can choose shipping method and after that payment method. Last step is confirming an order. Before you confirm an order you can write additional information which may be necessary for the seller.

Delivery methods

• Free delivery in Tartu (Estonia)

• SmartPost (Estonia). SmartPOST uses “self-servicing post offices” or parcel terminals located in shopping centers all over Estonia.

• ELS Plus courier (Estonia). Service with flexible delivery conditions for private clients throughout Estonia. The recipient is called and a date and time for the delivery is agreed upon (depending on the area, from 8 am to 8 pm).

• Registered maxi letter (Estonia, worldwide). Registered maxi letters are delivered to addressees at their residence or location against their signature. One delivery attempt will be made. If the mail cannot be delivered, notification of the arrival of the mail will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, based on which the mail will be issued to the addressee at the post office.

Delivery time in Estonia is 2-3 days,  within Europe usually 5 days and to other countries about 10 days.

Payment methods

For Estonian deliveries you can pay with bank transfer after receiving an invoice.
For national shipping we offer possibility to pay directly from your PayPal account.  After confirming the order you will be directed to the PayPal environment. 
Payment deadline is 3 days. After you have paid for the goods your order will be confirmed and delivered as agreed. If the invoice is not paid in 3 days your order will be cancelled by the system automatically. After your order is cancelled these products will be available for other shoppers. Return of goods

If the goods are not suitable for some reason you can return them within 14 days. The returned products have to be in the original packaging and unused. For returning the product please send a notification to address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before posting it. Your notification should include the following information: name of the maker of the order, invoice number, name of the returned product and account number. Money for the returned goods will be transferred to your bank account in 7 days as of day we received the goods. The delivery costs and returning costs of the goods are not to be refunded.
